The staffs are exceptionally kind and helpful. Onsen is clean.
The room is a bit too small. Pillows are interesting but a bit too hard and high but you can get other pillows at the reception.

Good location near subway and convenience stores. Good walking distance to main shopping areas. Hotel is clean and has hot spring.
Toilet seat was the smallest and most uncomfortable toilet of any hotel I stayed in.

What was the highlight of Super Hotel Premier Ginza
Great stay in convenient location!
Wonderful stay! The onsen was a life saver after a long day of walking and in the morning before I headed out. The building and the room was clean and well maintained. Each room has an ipad to control the heating and lighting which was very handy. It also let you know how busy the onsen was. The room was small, but for Tokyo it is understandable and wasn’t a detriment for a solo traveler with one carry-on bag. Staff were wonderful and kept my bags at the hotel for a few hours after checkout while I waited for the Shinkansen.

What was the highlight of Super Hotel Premier Ginza
Wonderful
Excellent location in the hearth of Ginza. Public bath was very nice and cozy. Free alcohol in the evening was also nice. The receptionists ladies were always helpful.
There were no storage for your clothes in the room but other hotels in Japan did not have it either.
